The Term of corporate identity was created in the sixties in USA and for a long time it actually related to visual identity of the company. Although there is no precise definition, corporate identity actually includes visual identity, corporate culture corporate behavior and corporate communications.

With certainty we can say that a company can not make big business deals without building a unique identity. Visual identity represents a good basis for building a corporate identity. Serious companies, no matter how small, must plan their future by planing each step ahead and build its own identity.

Each element of the visual identity (logo, visit card, a memo ...) represents the company and it makes it different in relation to the competition.

A good logo is designed in such a way that it is easily recognizable and memorable to a spectator. Logo is one of the aspects of the brand, and its shape and color should be different compared to the competition in a specific market. The Logo, in another words, stylishly shaped text should be readable and as much as possible unique.
